Wancloud announced it has now been renamed HashQuark, and that it will step up efforts in building a more enabling Factom ecosystem.

HashQuark is a new generation mining pool focused on public chains built upon the likes of PoS and DPoS, and its operation is led by executives with years of expertise in blockchain technology. Mining is made easier in HashQuark; users simply need to deposit tokens into their account and HashQuark will then mine for them in a safe, transparent and efficient way.

HashQuark and Wancloud are both members of HashKey Group, a leading Fintech group based in Hong Kong. Due to business adjustments, all services concerning public blockchain projects that were previously led by Wancloud are now handed over to HashQuark.

The handover of services also heralds HashQuark’s continued efforts in helping with the development of the Factom community, as evidenced by its hard work in the building of more enabling blockchain ecosystem, where it has joined multiple public blockchains as one of their genesis validators/super nodes, including Cosmos, IRISnet, CyberMiles, V SYSTEMS, Cybex, etc.
